With the iSi 180501 Thermo Xpress dispenser, users can top coffee drinks with flavored whipped creams or plate unique espuma presentations. It holds warm ingredients at serving temperatures for 3 hours, or cold ingredients for 8 hours. This dispenser can hold 1 quart of product at a time.
Product is dispensed from the iSi 180501 whipped cream dispenser when users push a button that activates its riser tube system. The polished, stainless steel bottle has a professional appearance that resists rust and dents. To prevent messes on the countertop, a nonslip drip tray is included.
