With this Hatco Flav-R-Savor® merchandising cabinet, you can hold prepared food in advance of peak periods and place product straight from the oven into the full-view cabinets to increase impulse sales. Available with a four-shelf stationary rack, this Hatco Flav-R-Savor® large capacity merchandising Cabinet utilizes controlled moisturized heat to create a “blanket” effect around the food to maintain quality and proper serving temperatures and all within a merchandiser that comes with tempered glass doors and side panels that provide maximum heat retention and with shatter-resistant incandescent lights on the interior.
