Hatco GRCMW-1D Description
To increase impulse purchases at checkout counters, this Hatco GRCMW-1D Glo-Ray® curved merchandising warmer measures 26 inches wide by 20 1⁄25 inches deep by 26 13⁄16 inches high and is finished in vibrant red. Its lower front polycarbonate access door, side glass enclosures, and upper sneeze guard are transparent for a full view of displayed items while preserving heat and protecting contents from contaminants. Xenon lighting highlights the interior to optimize visibility, and the reflective mirror-paneled back wall doesn't interfere with overall presentation.
This Hatco GRCMW-1D merchandising warmer's heated top and lower shelves have individual thermostatic controls to maintain various holding temperatures for long periods of time. By using humidity generated from the 5-gallon water reservoir, the bottom shelf retains foods' original textures, and despite their varying depths, both shelves can support two half-size foods pans. Operators can power this unit on and off using the one-touch master rocker switch.
