Hatco GRCMW-1DH Description
Both shelves in the two-level Hatco GRCMW-1DH Glo-Ray® curved merchandising warmer have individual thermostatically controlled heated bases for long-term holding. A 5-cup water reservoir generates the humidity required to preserve the textures of foods stored on the lower shelf. The 22 3⁄4-inch-wide by 12 37⁄100-inch-deep top shelf and 22 3⁄4-inch-wide by 15 31⁄50-inch-deep bottom shelf can hold two half-size food pans, and for simple one-touch operation, a master rocker switch powers the unit on and off.
To protect displayed items from contaminants while providing a full of the Hatco GRCMW-1DH merchandising warmer's cabinet, its curved front features a transparent side glass enclosure, lower-front polycarbonate access door, and upper sneeze guard. Xenon lighting illuminates the interior to improve presentation, while a back mirror glass panel creates a sleek, reflective look that doesn't draw attention from the displayed contents. Its black finish complements common decors in restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. To increase impulse purchases at point-of-sale areas, this 26-inch-wide by 20 1⁄25-inch-deep by 26 13⁄16-inch-high unit can be displayed on a countertop.
