Hatco FSHACH-2PT Description
The Hatco FSHACH-2PT heated display case is a pass-thru unit with doorless openings on each side that enable employees to load product on one side and remove it from the other. It takes up a minimal footprint with its countertop design, measuring 24.13 inches wide by 35.76 inches deep by 21.96 inches high. Made of stainless steel, it's durable for high-volume use and resistant to rust and corrosion. To maintain its appearance over time, it features a black powder-coat finish that won't chip or peel.
Equipped with two tiers of slides, the Hatco FSHACH-2PT dual-service countertop display case accommodates two full-size sheet pans, one on each slide. It can be used to hold wrapped burritos and ribs as well as chicken, pizza, and baked potatoes on sheet pans (sold separately). The unit operates within the range of 80 to 175 degrees Fahrenheit and utilizes humidified heat with a heat curtain to ensure product remains warm. To reduce maintenance needs, its water reservoir refills automatically for continued use.
