Delfield SCSC-60-B 52-in Bloomington Style Cold Food Serving Counter

Keep your cold serving line foods cold, fresh and always great tasting with this Delfield cold food serving counter. The entire body of this cold food serving counter is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel for easy cleaning and resistance to corrosion, dents, scratches and stains. The exterior top is constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel which is welded and polished. The refrigerated cold pan of this cold food serving counter is 7" deep and constructed of stainless steel. The cold pan is separated from the exterior top by a thermal break and the copper refrigeration tubing is attached to the sides and bottom. The cold pan is also fully insulated with foamed in place polyurethane. The refrigeration system is self-contained and has an on/off switch mounted to the exterior. This cold food serving counter is mounted on 5" casters for easy mobility if desired! This cold food serving counter will hold a consistent temperature of 33-41 degrees so that you can be sure all your foods are kept at the correct serving temperature and remain safe and delicious.
