Carlisle 771103 Description
This European-styled Carlisle 771103 Maximizer™ cold food bar is designed for use with crocks and bowls or six full-size food pans, which are sold separately. When used with ice or Coldmaster® standard food pans, this bar can keep food at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below for eight hours. The unit's polyethylene construction can handle temperatures from -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For straightforward setup, the basin and cabinet come preassembled with no tools required, while the acrylic sneeze guard attaches to the post with six screw-in knobs.
