Carlisle 608006 Description
Because the Carlisle 608006 DuraPan™ full-sized steam pan has tapered edges, users can stack the pan with similarly sized units without the worry of pans sticking together. Despite frequent use in a busy kitchen, the pan's corners are reinforced and unlikely to become misshapen. Reducing food waste and maximizing profits, these corners are also rounded, and because it is made of stainless steel, the pan is resistant to corrosion and scratches.
