The Carlisle 607232 two-third steam pan is made of stainless steel for use in any temperature and resists scratches and dents. Its 6 1⁄2-quart capacity and 2 1⁄2-inch depth is ideal for storing products both in the front and back of house. This pan can be comfortably held onto and transported around because of its reinforced corners and straight sides. For storing, multiple pans can be stacked together, while the anti-jamming feature prevents them from sticking.
