The third-size configuration of the Carlisle 607132 steam pan can fit a variety of applications, such as buffet stations and sandwich prep tables. The pan’s 2 5⁄8-quart capacity and 2 1⁄2-inch depth that can house large amounts of product without taking up excessive space. A durable 24-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel construction enables the pan to withstand frequent use while resisting scratches and dents. Suitable for use in wet or hot areas, this pan is corrosion resistant.
