The Carlisle 608130CS DuraPan™ steam table pan cover fits over third-size steam pans to protect food from direct contact with customers on buffet lines. Its recessed handle, located in the middle of the cover, is easy to grip for lifting, and a side slot supports a ladle or serving spoon. Constructed of 24-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel, the unit can endure high-heat foods and chips and scratches. After use, it can be cleaned in a dishmachine.
