The stainless steel construction of this Carlisle 607122P DuraPan™ steam table pan is strong, rust resistant, and easy to clean. The unit has a half-size design and holds 4 quarts, and its perforations prevent excess moisture from building up in steaming applications. To provide durability, the pan has double-reinforced edges that resist bending. It can be stacked with other pans and uses its anti-jam design to resist sticking.
