Carlisle 4037700 Description
Part of the Sparta® Chef Series™, the Carlisle 4037700 croissant brush has 1 1⁄2-inch-wide extra-long boar bristles to effectively coat pastries in a glaze. To keep the bristles in place, they are epoxy set to ferrules along the width of the brush. By covering the entirety of the brush’s width with bristles, bacteria is less likely to be harbored in air pockets, and to withstand daily use, its handle is made of lacquered hardwood.
