Carlisle 10422B13 Description
When filled to the rim, the Carlisle 10422B13 half-size food pan holds 8 7⁄10 quarts and has capacity indicators to show how much product is currently being stored. To prevent chipping and cracking, the corners of the pan are reinforced, and it is made of polyether sulfone to withstand high-heat applications. This pan has a notch to facilitate lifting, and the finish is textured so it doesn't slip out of the user's hand during transport.
