Carlisle 10421B13 Description
Due to its polyether sulfone construction and reinforced corners, the Carlisle 10421B13 half-size food pan won't chip or crack when dropped or exposed to high heat. For use with both hot and cold applications, this pan resists temperatures from -40 to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. It holds 5 1⁄2 quarts when filled to the rim, and its capacity indicators show users how much product is currently stored. Because the finish is textured, users are unlikely to drop it, and a notch streamlines lifting and transport.
