The Carlisle 10402B13 StorPlus™ high-heat food pan is a full-size, 19 2⁄5-quart capacity solution made for rigorous kitchen environments. Constructed of BPA-free amber polyethersulfone, this durable pan withstands temperatures from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, making it suitable for use in both hot and cold applications. Its reinforced corners enhance structural integrity, while molded-in capacity indicators and an easy-lift notch promote efficient handling.
