The Bon Chef 18000 round chafer heats using chafing fuel, which can be positioned on a holder under the 2-gallon-capacity food pan. Its wind guard protects the flame to ensure it doesn't blow out in outdoor environments or areas where doors are used frequently. To reduce heat loss, the lid can be rolled down halfway and locked with a slow-down mechanism. The cover and water pan are designed not to drip; for durability, the unit is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
