Bon Chef 10040 Description
This Bon Chef 10040 Manhattan chafer sports an elegant stainless steel polished surface, brass handles, and Roman-style brass legs to match other dishes and pieces of serving equipment on a buffet table. Its rectangular structure measures 27 1⁄2 inches wide by 18 3⁄4 inches deep by 18 1⁄2 inches high and holds 2 gallons of product to display entrees on a hot bar. A roll-down lid helps retain temperatures, and it's vented to minimize condensation. If condensation forms, it drips onto the bottom plate for quick cleaning.
