While its white exterior seamlessly integrates with existing kitchen equipment, its dual-direction mixing technology optimizes efficiency and promotes thorough mixing. Built for floor placement, this unit measures 26 inches wide by 41 inches deep by 60 inches high when its top is open.
The Bakemax BMSM070 commercial dough mixer features a 105-quart bowl and dough capacity of 154 pounds—capable of accommodating the demands of pizza parlors, bagel shops, or bakeries. It's equipped with two 30-minute timers as well as a high-power motor with two mixing speeds. To minimize injury risks, the unit shuts off automatically if the safety guard is lifted.
