This Spiral Mixer from BakeMax has been specially designed for heavy
dough such as that used in pizzas and bagels with the stainless steel spiral agitator and bowl specifically designed
to Baking Industry Sanitation Standards. The durable, rotating bowl
has a 36 quart / 44 lb capacity.
BakeMax's new, dual-directional mixing technology synchronizes agitator and bowl rotation in order to mix
dough ingredients and hydraulically blend dough downwards; this technology works to keep dough cooler and to achieve desired results more
efficiently by increasing water absorption, volume and uniformity.
The unit also features numerous safety guards such as instant termination of operation if the safety guard is lifted, making operation possible
only when the safety guard is in place.
