Bakemax BMPM012 Description
Best used for mixing cake batter and cookie dough, the Bakemax BMPM012 planetary mixer features a fully gear-driven motor that can spin this mixer at either 146, 262, or 516 rotations per minute. Its body—made of metal and die-cast aluminum—is designed with durability in mind. The compact mixer measures 19 inches wide by 14 1⁄2 inches deep by 25 1⁄2 inches tall and is intended for countertop use. It features a simple-to-use hand lift for bowl placement, and its control panel features a 30-minute timer in addition to an emergency stop button. It ships with a compatible 12-quart bowl, as well as a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip attachment.
The Bakemax BMPM012 dough mixer utilizes a planetary mixing system, which rotates the mixing shaft on a ball bearing to provide even mixing. To ensure a high-quality design, it features a transmission powered only by hardened steel alloy gears. To enhance operator safety, the unit will automatically shut off its mixing element when the arm is lifted off the bowl.
