Its 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel body includes a 3⁄4-inch vertical step to accommodate tiled flooring and a perimeter flange that mounts securely to the subfloor for a permanent fit in commercial environments.

To handle solids and waste runoff, the Advance Tabco FTG-1848 floor trough is equipped with a removable perforated stainless steel strainer basket and a 4-inch O.D. plumbing sleeve that’s 3 inches long and pitched toward the outlet to encourage flow. The stainless steel subway-style grating is fabricated from 3⁄16-inch by 1-inch solid bar stock, spaced 9⁄16 inch apart to allow consistent drainage while withstanding heavy foot traffic. For lasting use, this model is fully TIG welded with polished external corners to maintain structural integrity and appearance in moisture-prone spaces.
