The Dean SCFSM250G Super Marathon™ fryer is heated by natural gas and has two 50-pound stainless steel tanks. It has a thermo-tube design that transfers heat efficiently by moving energy input directly into the oil, preventing unused heat from traveling up the vent and out into the kitchen. Its wide cold zone and forward sloping bottom prevent food debris from burning and tainting the oil. The durable temperature probe makes sure the temperature is accurate and provides quick heating and recovery. A filtration system is integrated into this Dean SCFSM250G fryer. It is designed to preserve the oil and maintain product quality while eliminating handling with hot fryer oil. Since the system is built into the battery, it eliminates the need for additional storage or floor space.
