The Server 84090 topping rail base is made of stainless steel to resist corrosion, dents, and scratches. Exterior fingerprints are hidden by its brushed finish and a hinged lid can be added to the rail base to prevent product contamination. With the addition of a fountain jar pump that's sold separately, dispensing syrups and sauces is simple.
