Equipex WDL-200 Description
Because it's thermostatically controlled, this Equipex WDL-200 Sodir-Roller Grill Tudor display warmer can hold prepared foods at serving temperatures for hours. Operators can adjust heat as high as 225 degrees Fahrenheit, and its water pan generates appropriate moisture to prevent foods from hardening and drying out during long-term holding. This unit features two 21 1⁄2-inch-wide by 13-inch-deep shelves to accommodate medium-traffic applications, and the bottom shelf is raised and perforated to improve airflow for uniform heating and humidifying.
To attract customer attention, a concealed fluorescent light fixture illuminates the Equipex WDL-200 countertop display warmer's shelves, while a lighted graphics panel is built onto its top. Its clear plexiglass front and doors lend a full view of displayed foods, and customers can select their purchase by lifting the front door. The rear door also opens so employees can insert and retrieve items without interrupting shopping customers. To match common themes in recreational centers, concession stands, gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores, this 24-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep by 16-inch-high unit is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
