Hollowick EZ6-3-8 Description
Because its heat level is adjustable, the Hollowick E6-3-8 Easy Heat® chafing fuel can be used for various purposes. Each can is preset at the standard setting, which is ideal for most applications and can burn for 6 hours. Their lowest setting can burn for 8 hours, which is only suitable for beverage service and other operations that don't need much heat. With applications requiring double the heat of standard cans, operators can use the high-heat option; it provides twice the output of gel fuel but only burns for 3 hours. These cans are safer than gel fuel because they don't heat up when the flame is burning; they also burn without an odor and can be reused until they're out of fuel.

Don't settle for anything less
I use Hollowick Easy Heat Chafing fuel in my chaffing dishes at festivals. I have tried to save money and use another wick type of chafing fuel, but the units were not consistent in the amount of heat they generated. Even though I have wind guards on my chafing dishes, this product works great for keeping food legally hot even on a cold windy day. I wish Katom had them in stock so I didn't have to purchase them a month in advance.
