The Wells 22108 strainer plate is intended for use with RCP-200 and ICP-200 cold food wells. To facilitate cleaning, it has a one-piece construction without crevices that could harbor food particles and bacteria. The bottom is perforated to enable straining of liquid and crumbs, and the plate is 1 inch thick overall.
