To lift meats and vegetables from a wok comfortably, this Town 33971 wok shovel features a 4 1⁄4-inch by 4 3⁄4-inch shovel bowl and a 19 1⁄2-inch length. The shovel and part of the handle are made of rigid stainless steel, and the top portion of the handle is made of wood. Its two-piece construction is reinforced at the pressure point to withstand high-volume use.
