The melamine material is able to withstand temperatures from -20 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature range allows the plate to be cleaned in commercial dishmachines. The GET CP-532-W SuperMel dinner plate should not be microwaved since it can start to crack, chip, and peel.
