Tablecraft E5602 Description
The Tablecraft E5602 Y peeler can be used in restaurant kitchens to peel carrots, potatoes, and other vegetables for scratch-made mashed potatoes and other foods that don't require vegetable skins. This peeler has a black ergonomic handle with a soft grip, relieving the strain on a user’s hand during operation. When work is finished, the peeler can be run through a dishwasher.
