American Metalcraft MEL23 Description
The American Metalcraft MEL23 platter measures 18 inches long and 8 1⁄2 inches wide. Since it is rectangular, the platter gives tabletops a contemporary feel while serving a variety of menu items. The white color easily fits into most décors. Made of melamine, the dish withstands commercial use. The platter can be safely washed in the top rack of dishwashers, but it is not recommended for use in microwaves. Acidic, citric, and brightly-colored product can cause staining and discoloration.
