Its wood structure can support heavy dough and withstand high temperatures. The blade measures 8 inches wide by 29 1⁄2 inches long, while the peel measures 36 inches long overall. To lengthen its service life, it only should be washed by hand and shouldn't be soaked, placed under a heat lamp, or left on a hot surface.
