Its 8-inch diameter specifically fits over DRP884 and DRPE878 pans, keeping contaminants out of the dough as it's proofed. This cover is made of 18-gauge aluminum, so it's resilient and resistant to corrosion. Its material isn't dishwasher safe, so the cover should be washed by hand.

I bought the 96oz. size pizza proofing pan and this was the cover they recommended. It is too small for my liking.
