The American Metalcraft 4216 pizza peel's blade measures 17 inches long by 16 inches wide to accommodate various sizes of pizza. The tapered edges easily slide under pizzas when placing and removing pizzas from the oven. Since ths pizza peel is made of wood, it does not impact flavor. It should only be washed by hand.
