American Metalcraft 17135 Description
With its 35-inch length, the American Metalcraft 17135 pizza peel is long enough to reduce the risk of injury when employees place pizza in an oven. To provide durability, the blade is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum that withstands high-volume use. The wood handle is strong and resists high heat but isn't safe for dishwasher cleaning, so it must be scrubbed manually. To accommodate medium pizzas, the blade has a 13 1⁄2-inch diameter.
