Designed for hot and cold food prepping and serving, the Cambro SPOP13110 high-heat spoon is made of ultem plastic—a dishwasher-safe material that withstands temperatures between -40 and 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It's safe to use with nonstick cookware and is perforated to drain off excess liquid. Comfortable to grip, the angled handle has a molded-in thumb rest. Its notched back securely rests on the edge of cookware and pans, while a hanging hole is integrated into the handle for convenient storage. Overall, this spoon measures 13 inches long.
