For use in both cold and high-heat conditions, the Cambro SPASL14110 slotted turner withstands temperatures between -40 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. It's 14 1⁄8 inches long by 3 1⁄2 inches wide. It's slotted to help drain grease and liquids during cooking and serving, and it won't scratch nonstick surfaces. The handle includes a molded-in hanging hole for storage. To streamline cleaning, it can be washed in a dishmachine.
