Cambro 900CW153 Description
The Cambro 900CW153 Camwear® Camcover® plate cover is made of polycarbonate—a plastic that can be used in heated cabinets, withstanding temperatures as high as 210 degrees Fahrenheit so foods don't need to be reheated before service. This dent- and scratch-resistant material doesn't require polishing, and its lightweight structure is quieter than metal plate covers. Its amber color is transparent, so staff has a clear view of product. After use, it's safe to clean in a dishwasher, and it can be stacked with other plate covers to save storage space.
