The exterior of the Cambro 68VS101 Versa plate cover stays cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burn injury during transport and removal. Being microwave safe, the cover withstands temperatures as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It resists dents, stains, and odors with its fiberglass construction, which also is lightweight so the plate it covers isn't made much heftier. This circular cover has an antique parchment look that matches decor already in place.
