Intended for use in a UPC1600 or CamKiosk, the Cambro 1600DIV401 ThermoBarrier® separates hot and cold food areas so temperatures don't seep through. It's insulated to retain hot or cold air and can be removed when not needed. This unit is slate blue, offering a way to color code specific applications. When it gets dirty, it can be placed in a dishwasher to clean it.
