The Cambro 120VS101 Versa plate cover doesn't retain putrid food odors and can be washed in the dishmachine when it gets messy. It's made of fiberglass, which resists dents and stains, and it withstands temperatures as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it's lightweight, users can place it on a plate to keep food warm and carry it throughout the dining room to serve food to guests.
