To prevent cross-contamination, the Carlisle 4052109 cutting board brush has crimped bristles, meaning it won't absorb moisture or oils from previous foods. To fit comfortably in a user’s hand while scrubbing a cutting board, the brush is ergonomically designed. It can be hung on the wall after use, and the green bristles enable a color-coding system for quick identification among similar tools. When the brush needs to be cleaned, it can conveniently be placed in the dishwasher.
