Carlisle 4052105 Description
The Carlisle 4052105 Sparta® cutting board brush removes microscopic contaminants from cutting boards to promote sanitation in kitchen areas. It won't absorb moisture or food oils, and it has an ergonomic shape for user comfort. This block is made of plastic and comes in white in contrast to the bristles. Because the bristles stand out, they can be used in color-coded systems for certain products or work stations. These bristles are crimped and made of polyester—a durable material that's extremely chemical resistant.
