Doyon DRP4S Description
The Doyon DRP4S pizza display case has a glass panel in each side that reveals the product inside, encouraging impulse buys. Each of its four shelving levels is separated by four inches of clearance. Its glass side panels can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the stainless steel frame resists damage from rust and scratches. Food is kept hot by a temperature control with a 175-degree-Fahrenheit limit while an internal water pan releases steam to prevent products from drying out. This unit can hold (4) 20-inch pizzas, (16) 9-inch pizzas, or 16 chickens.
