Bids and Contract Jobs
KaTom's commitment to you begins as early as your first concepts and can stretch all the way through install. We offer competitive pricing on bids and can provide full front- and back-of-house packages, including kitchen equipment and dining room furniture. Additionally, our in-house kitchen designers can provide a layout for the kitchen you plan to construct or one that already exists that maximizes available space.

What shipping methods do you use?
We have partnered with UPS to deliver most of our smaller items. We work with several freight carriers for larger equipment.
Do you require a minimum order?
No, KaTom has no order minimums on items listed on our site. However, some manufacturers do sell their items by groups like dozens and cases.
Are any of the products you sell used?
Can I return an item if it's not what I need or not what I expected?
Yes. Please complete our Return Request
form and someone will contact you within one business day.
Do I need a lift gate for large equipment purchases?
In most cases we recommend lift gate service for items that cannot be carried by one or two people. Without lift gate service, the freight carrier will expect you to unload the item from its truck. That may be no problem if you have a loading dock and/or a forklift, but it can lead to significant delivery delays and additional costs if you need the service and don't request it.
How is KaTom pronounced?
Borrowing from the middle names of the two children of our founders, Paula Kathryne and Charles Thomas, KaTom is pronounced kay-tom. The K and the T are both always capitalized.
Do you sell items for home chefs?
KaTom offers thousands of products for home chefs in the Residential section
of our site. However, please note most of our manufacturers will not honor their warranties on commercial products used in residential settings or vice versa.
If I don't see items or manufacturers I'm looking for on your site, does that mean you can't get those products?
No. In fact, KaTom works with nearly 700 restaurant equipment and supplies manufacturers, making us your one-stop shop. If you want something that you don't see on the site, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we'll work to provide it or an equivalent.
Do you have a catalog? Can you mail me one?
