Wusthof Pro Series Knives
The Wusthof Pro series knives are the workhorses of the commercial kitchen, trusted back-of-house for years of service. Designed by chefs, they are crafted for function, rather than show, with a high-carbon steel blade that has a very high rating of 56 degrees on the Rockwell scale. That means its razor-sharp edge will stand up to years of use with less maintenance. The handles are formed using a two-stage process that includes a hard synthetic inner core and a softer, slip-resistant outer shell. And, each piece comes with the NSF approval necessary for use in foodservice.
