Roasting Pans
Aluminum, copper, and stainless steel roasting pans allow for food to be cooked for a long time over low temperatures. They're available in small sizes for kitchens with low volumes to large, 42-quart pans for busier operations. They typically have either molded or welded handles to make use easier and safer, and many have matching lids.
