Models of energy efficient ice makers are available with air-cooled, water-cooled, or remote-cooled compressors. Production amounts vary; find models with production ranges from 64 to almost 1,600 pounds of ice per 24 hours and bin capacities anywhere from 26 to 800 pounds of ice.
