Duke ovens features models available as a part of one of three flagship series: the premium 613 series, the economy E series, and the compact 5/9 series. The premium series is ideal for high-volume operations, the compact line is an excellent choice for smaller spaces, and the economy line combines quality features with a lower price point.
Duke commercial ovens are available in both gas and electric models as well as full-sized and countertop units, and can often be stacked. Duke also offers proofer cabinet bases that can be installed under a convection oven to streamline the proofing and baking process. Duke convection ovens are available with solid doors or with metal doors that have windows built-in; these doors can be dependent (meaning one handle opens both doors) or independent (which allow for less heat loss because each door can be opened individually).
