Made of durable stainless steel, Delfield heated cabinets are designed to withstand regular use over a long product lifespan. While mobile models are perfect for distributing food at banquets or catered events, stationary cabinets keep food at safe temperatures in the back-of-house until it's ready for service. Some models feature glass doors, enabling quick inventory checks or displaying products for customers. Interior lighting improves visibility in both solid- and glass-door models.
Delfield heated cabinets also include additional features designed to create a more efficient product. High-density polyurethane foam insulation maintains internal temperatures within the proper range. The easyTouch Control® system allows users to easily adjust settings, and visual alarms warn of high or low temperatures inside the cabinet. For quick monitoring without opening the cabinet's doors, temperatures and alarms are displayed on the unit's exterior.
